=====Focus===== The Focus page contains various extra controls related to the camera, including setting camera orientations, viewing camera feeds and enabling Picture-In-Picture mode. It also allows you to save and load stored camera settings. {{:ardi-ve:focuspage.png?400|}} ====Orientation==== There are several options for selecting camera orientation. You may set the camera orientation from: The Current Point, The Selected Object, All Assets and Everything. Upon selecting one of these options, a new pop-up list will appear containing each of the orientation directions that may be selected. Select the desired direction to view the selected point of interest. {{:ardi-ve:directions.png?400|}} ===The Current Point=== This option will focus on the current location where the camera is currently positioned. ===The Selected Object=== This option will focus on the selected object. ===All Assets=== This option will focus on all of the selectable assets in the environment. ===Everything=== This option will focus on everything in the environment, including background objects and non-selectable assets. ===Not Following / Following === This option will toggle whether or not the camera will follow and orbit the selected asset. ====Camera Feeds==== This option will bring up the Camera Feeds menu. From here you can select and view any of the available live camera feeds. Select the desired camera feed button on the right hand side of the screen to view it. {{:ardi-ve:feedsmenu.png?400|}} ====Picture-In-Picture==== This option will bring up the Picture-In-Picture controls which allow you to create sub-cameras to view the Virtual Environment from different locations or show simultaneous live camera feeds. For more information, see [[ardi-ve:picture_in_picture|ARDI-VE Picture-In-Picture Controls]] ====Saving and Loading Cameras==== The section labeled **Cameras** allows you to save or load a camera in the Virtual Environment. Saved cameras will store the main camera's orientation and position along with any picture-in-picture sub-cameras that are currently loaded. Additionally, a **Default** camera may be stored which will automatically be loaded every time ARDI-VE loads the Virtual Environment in which it was saved. {{:ardi-ve:saveloadcameras.png?400|}} ===Save a Camera=== To Save a Camera, click the **Save Camera** button. A popup window will appear asking you to enter a name for the camera. {{:ardi-ve:savecameras1.png?400|}} Enter the name into the text field and click **OK**. Any and all sub-cameras that currently exist will also be saved with the camera. {{:ardi-ve:camerassave2.png?400|}} Observe that the saved camera now appears in the list. {{:ardi-ve:camerassave3.png?400|}} ===Saving a Default Camera=== To save a Default camera, repeat the above process but enter the name as **Default**. ARDI-VE looks for a saved camera of this specific name when the Environment is loaded. If it finds one, the camera will be loaded automatically.
