====Installing an Exercise====

To install one of the exercises, you'll need to **overwrite your ARDI database**.

For obvious reasons, we suggest doing this on a training server.

To restore a backup, you'll need to....

   * Go to **Administration**
   * Choose **Restore Database**
   * Select or drag-and-drop the backup file into the File control
   * Hit 'Restore Database'

You will then be ready to go along with one of our exercises.
