====Points (AQL)====

In an [[aql|AQL query]], a **point** is a combination of both an //asset// and a //property//.

Simply having a [[propertylist|PROPLIST]] or an [[assetlist|ASSETLIST]] can't get you any actual **values**, since you can only read values from a property that is **on** an asset.
