====Pin LIst====

A **pin list** is a list of asset properties that a user wants to keep an eye on.

Pin lists are supported by ARDI-VE, ARDI-AR and the ARDI web interface (when the Collaboration system is installed).

Normally, each application maintains its own pin list - your ARDI-VE pin list is completely different to your ARDI-AR pin list, which is distinct from the one in the web interface.

However when you use collaboration and [[multi-client_sign-in|multi-client sign-in]], these lists are synchronised across each of your clients and devices.

This way, you can...

  * Sit in the control room and add an item to your pin list in the ARDI web interface....
  * Open ARDI-VE and have those same pins automatically appear once connected to Collaboration, and
  * Go out in the field, open ARDI-AR, and have those same pins also appear.

This is extremely useful for users who have responsibility over a relatively small area of the facility and regularly want to monitor key properties or KPIs.
