====HowTo: Add or Set a Property on an Asset====

To update the value of a property on an asset, go to it's [[detail properties|property detail]].

Initially, you'll only be shown the values that are //already// set, or have been brought in from the assets [[types|types]].

If the property you want to set isn't shown, open the drop down menu located below the list of property names on the left-hand side.

Clicking on any of the blue property values will allow you to edit them.
