Loads information from a Prometheus time-series historian.

Note that there is also a Prometheus **addon** for ARDI, and a similar module for the Modular Output System, meaning that ARDI can both //read// and //write// to Prometheus servers.

|Username|The username to connect with|
|Password|The password that goes with the above username|
|Min Sample Time|The minimum amount of time to between samples (seconds)|
|Timezone|The time-zone used to record data|

If unsure about your minimum sample time, simply leave it as '1'.
