====ARDI Cognition====

**Cognition** is an ARDI addon designed to help users create [[machine learning]] [[AI|AIs]] to answer questions about their process.

Cognition AIs are used for a variety of purposes, including...

   * Detecting when assets are in unexpected states,
   * Detecting specific asset conditions,
   * Detecting events, 
   * Predicting output values, and
   * Predicting when events are likely to happen

Cognition provides an easy-to-follow set of steps to create a unique AI, that you can then use in a variety of ways through ARDI or through your own solutions.
