====ARDI Document Creator====

The **Document Creator** is a small addon designed to help create the prompts to build document templates for a number of routinely used types of documentation in industrial and manufacturing markets.

This includes documents such as HAZOPs (Hazard and Operability Studies), FEMA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and maintenance schedules.

===Important Notes===

This addon does not create the documents themselves - it provides a //prompt// to be copied into a Large Language Model of your choosing.

While this prompt can be used in Chat-GPT, Copilot and other tools, our preferred system is Claude from Anthropic - while other systems will give you tables of suggestions, Claude is the only system that will actually **create the Word document for you**.

Please note that the resulting documents will **not be complete** and may contain incorrect and hallucinated information. These are intended as //templates// or //early drafts// and will save several hours of work, but will not result in finished content.

===Data Access===

Your Large Language Model doesn't need direct access to ARDI data to create these documents - although you might be able to improve them if you want to add an MCP connection to your ARDI server.
