====TCPStream====

This output is used to write data to a listening TCP socket, allowing you to push outputs directly to a custom application.

|**host**||The host name or IP address of the server|
|**port**||The listening UDP port|
|**delimiter**||The delimiter to separate the name and value of the point.|
