====Bookmarking Specific Reports==== You can get a link (or create a bookmark) that always takes you to the **latest** version of any report. There are a couple of steps involved... ===Get the Report Link=== Open the report page. Then right-click on the report preview on the reports page and choose **Copy Link Address**. ===Remove the Instance Name=== Paste the URL into a text editor - such as Notepad. It will look something like the link below... https://demo.optrix.com.au/s/pl/reportlist/download?report=automatic.Speed_Control_Summary&instance=Speed%20Control%20Summary%20(Automatic)%20-%202025-01-21_08&ext=pdf Find the text '&instance=' and remove everything from there until the next ampersand (&) character. For example, your the final link based on the example above would be... https://demo.optrix.com.au/s/pl/reportlist/download?report=automatic.Speed_Control_Summary&ext=pdf Without the 'instance' parameter (which tells the system which particular date of report we're interested in), it will instead give you the most up-to-date report available. ===Use the URL=== You can then bookmark that URL or use it anywhere you'd like to access the latest version of the report. It will always point to the most recent version. You can use this to embed your report into other products, automatically copy it to shared storage etc.
