It's usually quite straight-forward to get documentation from ARDI.

Find your asset, then open the dashboard.

After all of the alerts and properties, you'll find the “Media” button. Click on it to see the media for your asset.

Choose from the list of documentation and media files.

Media is also easy to access from clients such as ARDI-AR and ARDI-VE.
