To use the document creator, simply open the dashboard of any ARDI asset and choose the Document Creator link.
We normally suggest selecting small systems instead of individual sensors - the results will usually be more useful. For example, you'll usually want to run a HAZOP on the gas system rather than a single gas regulator.
Once you've chosen the asset, you'll then be able to choose which type of document you'd like to produce.
You currently have the options below…
A Failure Mode and Effects Analysis focuses on what the effects may be should particular pieces of your process fail.
A Hazard and Interoperabilitystudy focuses instead on how your process responds when inputs, outputs and flows aren't what they are expected to be - such as when there's too much, too little, or no flow of air/water/power etc.
A Maintenance Schedule suggests all of the components that may need inspection and routine maintenance and sets up a simple schedule you can use as a base.
After choosing the document, you'll be taken to a page that gives you a human summary and an AI prompt.
The human summary focuses on the specifics of what your particular document should contain, including the specific inputs, outputs or assets that should be considered when creating it.
The AI summary can be copied and pasted into your preferred AI model, or you can press the Ask Claude button if you have Claude Desktop installed. It includes instructions that helps describe the type of document you want to produce.
