Once you have a bundle and one or more subscriptions, you can schedule your report(s) for distribution.

To do this, we strongly suggest using the ARDI Scheduled addon, which makes creating, modifying and maintaining your report schedules much easier.

Using the addon, you'll go through the following steps…

• Create a new Scheduled Task with an appropriate name (ie 'Send Daily Summary'),
• Pick 'Send a Report' as the action to perform and hit Save,
• Choose the bundle to send and the official title of the report (ie. 'Daily Summary') and hit Save.
• Find the task in the list, click on 'Disabled' and then choose an appropriate time for the event.

However, we still support the legacy manual method for those who wish to trigger their reports directly from their OS task scheduler or a 3rd party system.

This can be done by calling a specific URL (<sitename>/reportlist/transmit) with the correct parameters.
