ARDI-360 User Guide

ARDI 360 is the interactive 360 photographic client for ARDI.

It's similar to Street View from Google* - it allows you to explore a photo-accurate version of a site from anywhere in the world, in complete safety.

But this also takes advantage of the power of ARDIs live data, history, documentation and relationships, giving you easy access so you can understand what equipment is, what it does, how it fits with the rest of the system, and how to work with it.

Choosing a Starting Point

Once you've chosen a server, you'll need to choose where you would like to begin your 360 walkthrough.

Initially, you'll be presented with a list of locations you can view.

The list is normally alphabetical, but there are some special location names that may be shown first. These will be some of the most common starting points, such as the entrance into your facility.

When you successfully interact with an Asset, you’ll see the Asset Detail Panel.
This is a panel on the screen that gives you the detailed information about the object you are
interested in (known in ARDI as an ‘asset’).

One of the most common types of interactive 360 photograph that you might be familiar with is Googles Street View.

360 photographs allow you to see all around, giving you the freedom to look to the left, right, behind - even up and down in some cases.
