Line diagrams are a form of network diagram that focuses on the relationship that flows along a sequence of assets in a diagram. create a diagram around a single asset and relationship, then allow you to overlay data over that diagram.

You can open a line diagram via a global network diagram. Simply click on an asset and choose Line Diagram from the list that appears.

The page that appears has one limitation - you can only see values overlaid onto assets that are part of the relationship.

You can get around this by adding a base parameter to your URL. Set the 'base' value to the asset ID of an asset near the root of the system hierarchy (ie. the whole site), and it will 'catch' the values that are outside the relationship and show you the values.
