Changing Asset Maintenance Status

You can change the current maintenance job status of an asset by clicking on the Change Maint. Status button on the Asset Maintenance Page.

Here you can choose the new status for your asset. Available statuses vary, but at the very least they'll usually include options such as Not Started, Blocked and Complete.

Note that if you try to change the maintenance status of an asset when there isn't a work order available in the next 24 hours, you won't be able to change the status at all.

Instead, you'll be asked to attach your asset to another work order.

If you've chosen the button in the image above, you'll be prompted to select from one of the active (ie. in the next 24 hours) work orders, so that you can attach the chosen asset to the order.
