Analytics Example Bundle

To walk you through the process of making visualisations and analytics powered by ARDI data, we offer a bundle of samples you can use.

This is a ZIP file - we suggest extracting it to an empty folder on your system.

Inside are a number of folders, such as…

Folder NameExample
reportsTraditional Reports
infographicsWeb-Based Live Visualisations
agencyAlerts
modelhostOnline, Live Data Models
live_svgData-Driven SVG Diagrams
triggersData-Triggered Events
aiBasic Machine-Learning Examples

Some of the examples - particularly those powered by Python - include a .BAT file you can use to launch the example of Windows systems.

This is done because some - such as reports - require specific command-line parameters that are usually provided from the ARDI user-interface.

These batch files may need to be modified to find Python on your system.

No UIs Provided

One thing to remember is that scripts such as those for reports and infographics are NOT normally run directly.

For example, ARDI gives users a web-based interface to choose reports. Users can view the most recent versions of a report, create new reports with custom time ranges, and bundle them into multi-report PDF files that can be downloaded or emailed to users.

But unless you're running these reports on the ARDI server, you won't be able to take advantage of these UIs.
