Infographics Addon
The Infographics addon allows you to add custom web displays to your ARDI system, using your combined ARDI data to create your own visualisations.
These are made available on your ARDI website, and provide interactive, up-to-date and dynamic visualisations built from your data.
Why Use Our Infographics
There are a number of dashboarding tools available. Some like PowerBI are poorly suited to real-time data (although great from summaries and KPIs), while others like Grafana work well in industrial environments.
However, their simplicity means that they have limitations that often get in the way.
Our Infographics aren't dashboards - they live somewhere between dashboards, reports and HMIs. They allow complex analytics and layouts, just like reports do, they're interactive and web-based like dashboards, and they can be powered by live data like HMIs.
Like our Report List addon, Infographics are designed to give you freedom. It requires more technical knowledge to build reports in Javascript, but you have total control over the output you produce.
You can also embed your infographics in other web-based products, to deliver ARDI-powered insight to HMIs, other dashboarding tools and digital signage.
Infographic Limitations
Infographics are designed around short term reporting. If you need to process large volumes of data over longer periods of time, we suggest using the reporting addon instead.
Unless working with very low-speed data (such as daily or shift totals), you should avoid doing weekly, fortnightly or longer displays - most Infographics are designed for time ranges measured in hours rather than days.
