Text Panel

Text Panels are the standard way of looking at the live value of an discrete channel in a dashboard panel.

The panel displays the current value (as text rather than as a number) of one or more discrete channels.

If you've configured colours for each of your lookup values in ARDI, the background of the panel will automatically change to that colour, making it easy to determine the status at-a-glance.

This chart will update dynamically as new data arrives. It will instantly transition between the old and new value.

Left-click on the background to open the navigation menu for that channel.

This allows you to follow that channel to the asset it belongs to, trend it over time, compare it to other points of data, or view other values like it across your system.

Right-click on the background to open the editing menu for that channel. This will allow you to change the type of the chart, as well as moving the channel to a different panels.
