Licensing

Each installation of ARDI requires a server license.

These licenses are obtained from Optrix, or through your system integrator or other ARDI Partner.

Before your license can be generated, you'll need your server fingerprint, which can be downloaded from your ARDI server before it is licensed.

Please ensure you are accessing ARDI with the domain name of your server when you generate the fingerprint.

Each license is restricted to a particular DNS name or IP address, which is part of the information included with your fingerprint file.

Each license is also limited according to the number of Simultaneous Users, and the number of Active Elements.

Once your first subscription payment has been confirmed, your license file will be sent to you electronically.

It is uploaded using the ARDI web interface - simply visit the address of your ARDI server in a web browser.

If this is the first time you've licensed your ARDI server, you'll then be asked to pick a name for your default ARDI database.

That's it - installation is complete.

To login, click 'Guest' in the top right corner, pick 'Login' and sign in with the default username and password - admin / default.

If you have trouble accessing your ARDI server from other computers on your network, you may need to open up your firewall ports.
